Hi! I’m Caroline—a certified yoga teacher and wellness coach passionate about helping people find balance and joy in their lives, no matter the challenges they face.
My journey into this work began with my own experience navigating concussion recovery and chronic illness, including POTS and Long COVID. I understand how challenging it can be to rediscover movement after an injury and maintain a mindset that embraces hope for the future while honoring the present moment. These experiences shape my approach to yoga, mindset, and movement—creatively adapting these practices to meet your unique needs, especially if you don’t see yourself reflected in the traditional wellness model.
I believe in:
Starting where you are: Positive change beings with meeting yourself exactly as you are today.
Compassion: A kind and caring inner dialogue is essential to create lasting change.
A step-by-step approach: Small, meaningful shifts create powerful transformations over time.
Through one-on-one coaching and yoga sessions, I help women in their 20s and 30s, and anyone experiencing chronic illness or injury, feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their bodies and lives. Together, we’ll help you reconnect with movement in a way that leaves you inspired and grounded and cultivate a mindset that leaves you feeling lighter, proud of yourself, and hopeful what’s to come.
Ready to begin? I look forward to working with you!
